In Panama you can enjoy a relaxing beach holiday and engage in water sports; there are plenty of opportunities for hiking to the craters of extinct volcanoes, a huge number of routes of different levels have been created through the tropical jungle, and on mountain rivers you can do extreme sports. This country offers a lot of different opportunities that are quite easy to implement. The capital of Panama, Panama City, is a very modern and advanced city, stretching 10 km along the coast. In addition to modern buildings, the city has preserved many colonial-style buildings - you should definitely see Plaza Catedral, the ruins of the Santo Domingo Monastery, the Jesuit church and university, and the San Felipe district, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The airport in Panama City Tocumen accepts flights from European cities; a one-way flight from Minsk or Moscow will take from 20 hours.

Climate

The subequatorial climate brings the country a rainy season from May to January and a dry season from January to May - this is the best time to travel to Panama. The average annual temperature does not fluctuate much within +26°C
