Breakfast. Airport transfer. AMAZONIA on a cruise on M/V Anaconda, Standard Suite Flight to the Amazon of Ecuador, the city of Coca. 5 Day/4 Night Itinerary (Wednesday-Sunday) This adventure will take you into the evergreen mass of diversity that stretches for kilometers in the Amazon Basin - home to the mesmerizing rainforest. As we can see from above, nature itself tells us that the best way to experience the Amazon is by cruising through its mud-clad veins, which are home to biodiversity. This inspiring journey includes many unexpected opportunities and encounters with magical flooded forests such as those in the Cuyabeno Nature Reserve, visiting the wild wilds of Yasuni National Park (the largest national park in Ecuador), and walking along the calm waters of Lake Pañacocha (Piranha Lake). We will climb the observation tower, go down the river with dark waters and explore the jungle along winding paths and meet the sacred peoples inhabiting the Amazon forests. Day 1 Wednesday: Quito-Coca-Yasuni National Park Day flight from Quito, flight to Francisco de Orellana (Coca), flight duration - 30 minutes, arrival and transfer to the pier on the Napo River. Then we will sail down the river in motor canoes for about 1.5 hours. Throughout the journey, you'll observe the ever-changing forested riverbanks of the silt-brown upper Amazon basin. Once on board, the yacht will sail down the Napo River throughout the afternoon - a great opportunity to observe the region's amazing flora and fauna from the sun deck. After dinner, you can enjoy a night walk through the forest to discover the secrets of this unique environment and see living organisms appear in the darkness right before your eyes. (breakfast, lunch box, dinner) Day 2 Thursday: Border with Peru After a delicious breakfast, we disembark for our first up-close experience in a tropical rainforest, where we learn about the interactions of plants and animals while observing a sample of the Amazon's amazing biodiversity at every turn. After lunch, Anaconda will continue its journey to one of the most ancient dark water systems in the Amazon River basin. The dark water ecosystem is home to the legendary Amazonian dolphins, river turtles, caimans and the mysterious Amazonian manatee. Moreover, if we look at the vegetation along the banks, we will see red howler monkeys and other species of animals such as tamarin, squirrel monkey, three-toed sloth, leaf-eating bird popularly known as the “stinking turkey” (hoatzin), etc. Walk on a canoe upstream will reveal the overwhelming beauty of the surrounding nature. For our guests with an adventurous spirit, we offer a “Glamping” night (please ask for conditions). (breakfast, lunch, dinner) Day 3 Friday. Community Meeting – Onboard Activities – Island Exploration Breakfast onboard. Papayakta is located in the highlands of Ecuador, at an altitude of 3220 meters above sea level and is the gateway to the Amazon region of Ecuador. The climate is cool and humid with an average ambient temperature of 10 to 14 C depending on the season. Upon arrival in Papayaktu, you will immediately breathe in the clean air - the result of the collision of Amazonian winds with the rocks, forests and rivers of the Andean region. Termas de Papallacta Resort guarantees its visitors HEALTH, RENEWAL and REST - three important reasons to visit and enjoy an environment that radiates harmony. Thermal pools are located on the banks of the Papayakty River: 9 pools with hot thermal water and 3 pools with cold water. The temperature of the thermal springs varies between 30 °C and 70 °C, and in the pools - between 36 °C and 40 °C. The springs are rich in sulfate, sodium, calcium and magnesium chloride.
