Excursion tour "Tour Classic Antarctica"

George Island, in the South Shetland Islands. When you step off the plane, the clean Antarctic air fills your lungs for the first time. You will then walk 2 km (1.25 miles), through Chile's Frey Station and Russia's Bellingshausen Station, to reach shore and board the Zodiac, which will take you to your expedition vessel.

Cruise between the South Shetland Islands and the west coast of the Antarctic Peninsula, passing through ice-filled fjords and impressive icebergs while enjoying the company of seabirds, penguins, seals and whales. Each day we will disembark on the Zodiac and explore the landscape with experienced polar guides. On board the ship, enjoy an exciting program of educational presentations and breathtaking views from the lounge while sharing your daily adventures with other guests. No two journeys are the same, and flexibility is the key to success in Antarctica. The expedition team plans the travel itinerary to take advantage of the ever-changing opportunities nature provides, creating a unique and extraordinary experience each time. Although the exact route changes with each expedition, you will explore several locations that provide the best overview of Antarctica's diverse environment. Your trip may include visiting places in the South Shetland Islands, Antarctic Channel, Guerlache Channel and Penola Channel.

Return to King George Island and say goodbye to Antarctica before boarding your return flight to Punta Arenas. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel for the night. (Note: Meals in Punta Arenas are at your discretion and are not included in the program.)

After breakfast, transfer to Punta Arenas airport for your onward flight.
