Arrival in Pereira and meeting at Matecaña International Airport, from where the journey to the municipality of Santa Rosa de Cabal will begin. Upon arrival at the coffee farm, a tour will begin in the company of a local expert who will guide you through the beautiful specialty coffee plantations, explaining the process from planting to selective hand picking and processing. Afterwards, we will roast special coffee beans on a wood-burning stove in the kitchen of a typical peasant home, where we can enjoy the authentic coffee taste. The tour includes several points with viewing platforms made of bamboo, where we can enjoy the beautiful scenery and natural surroundings while sipping a cup of coffee. At the end we move on to the innovative process of drying the coffee beans and then to the mill, ending in the main house where we are treated to delicious coffee lemonade. Return to the hotel.
