Excursion tour "Tropical Parade of Carnival Champions"

Breakfast in the hotel. Excursion to Sugar Loaf (4 hours). The first stop will be on Mount Urca, which has a wide observation deck. On Sugarloaf Mountain itself there is a smaller platform, but it offers a beautiful view of Rio, Copacabana beach, the bay, surrounding mountains, islands in the ocean, the bridge to the city of Niteroi, and the statue of Christ. Then you will go to the central areas of old Rio, where you will admire several ancient churches, monasteries, the main Cathedral of the city, as well as buildings built in the colonial style. We advise you to have a good rest and prepare for the Carnival (Parade of Champions). In the evening, a fantastic, grandiose action awaits you - the long-awaited Carnival! From the hotel we will go to the Sambadrome - a specially equipped venue for the world famous show. Throughout the night, representatives of the most famous Samba schools in Brazil will march in front of you, competing for prizes! The jury evaluates the schools' performances as well as their incredible costumes and moving platforms. It is impossible to describe in words this incredible sight! The grandiose riot of emotions and passions, music and dance, and unbridled fun that reigns around will be remembered for a long time! After the end of the Parade, we will take you back to your hotel to relax after the exciting events.

After breakfast, excursion to Mount Corcovado to the statue of Christ (4 hours). Arrive at the station where the outdoor, eco-friendly train takes off and heads through the jungle to the top of Corcovado Hill. There are breathtaking views of the Tijuca forest on both sides of the railway. At the top of Corcovado Hill, at an altitude of 710 m above sea level, rises the symbol of Rio - the statue of Christ the Redeemer (38 m), which was erected in 1931. The observation deck offers a breathtaking panorama of the metropolis and its surroundings: the bridge in Niteroi, Guanabara Bay, the Botanical Garden, the world's largest Maracana stadium, Sugar Loaf and much more. We recommend that you watch the sunset and applaud the performance of the setting sun on the stones of Arpoador. Climb onto the rocks, sit down, relax and enjoy the spectacle of nature. And in the evening we recommend that you try seafood delicacies at the seafood restaurant Marius ($130 p/p).
