Guests must transfer via floatplane to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 72 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is open daily from 6:00 AM - 1:00 AM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 20 minutes away via seaplane. To guarantee transfers and receive additional check in information, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 72 hours before their expected arrival. Please note that guests must pay the seaplane fee before arrival. Daily transfer service is offered by Maldivian Air Taxi between 9 AM and 3 PM. Guests arriving or departing outside of these hours are advised to book a local hotel room in Male or Hulhumale. Luggage in excess of 44 pounds (20 kilograms) per person may incur a fee, payable to the seaplane company during flight check-in. The additional fee (payable at the property) covers mandatory transfer fees for guests ages 12-17.

• A tax is imposed by the city: USD 12.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 3 years of age.
• Floatplane transfer per adult: USD 390 (roundtrip)
• Transfer service fee per child: USD 195 (roundtrip), from 2 to 11 years old
• Additional fee for children (from 12 years old to 17 years old): USD 340 per person, per stay
