Special Instructions
Guests must transfer via Airplane and boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after noon please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email 7 days before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 30-minutes via a flight to Dharavandhoo domestic airport, and then 5-minutes by speedboat to the resort. Resort staff are onsite at Male airport to assist with transfers. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 7 days before their expected arrival. Contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking. Daily transfer service is offered by Maldivian Airways or Manta Air. Domestic transfers can only be accommodated for guests arriving on international flights to Male between 9 AM and 10 PM. Guests arriving to Male outside of these hours are advised to book a hotel room in Male until services resume. Transfer fees are collected at booking, and there are no fees for children under 2 years. The additional fee (payable at the property) covers seaplane transfer fees for guests ages 12-17.
