Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. The additional fee (payable at the property) covers mandatory transfer fees for guests ages 12-17. Please note: Guests booked in rate plans that include meals receive meals at the buffet restaurant only. Charges apply for dining in à la carte restaurants. This property is located on an island and is accessible only by airplane and boat. Transfers are subject to weather conditions. Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 20 minutes via a flight to Dharavandhoo domestic airport and then 40 minutes by speedboat to the resort. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 72 hours before their expected arrival. Daily transfer service is offered by Maldivian Airways/FlyMe/ Manta Airways between 7 AM and 9 PM. Guests arriving outside of these hours are advised to book a hotel room in Male or Hulhumale until services resume. Guests must pay the domestic flight fee and the speedboat fee at check-in.
