Guests must transfer via boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The additional fee (payable at the property) covers mandatory transfer fees for guests ages 12-17.

Mandatory fees

• Christmas Eve (December 24) Gala Dinner per adult: USD 200
• Christmas Eve (December 24) Gala Dinner per child: USD 100 (from 2 to 11 years old)
• New Year's Eve (December 31) Gala Dinner per adult: USD 300
• New Year's Eve (December 31) Gala Dinner per child: USD 150 (from 2 to 11 years old)
• A tax is imposed by the city: USD 12.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 3 years of age.
• Boat and shuttle transfer per adult: USD 175 (roundtrip)
• Boat and shuttle transfer per child: USD 85 (roundtrip), from 2 to 11 years old
• Additional fee for children (from 12 years old to 17 years old): USD 152.12 per person, per stay

Additional optional fees
