Special Instructions

This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Guests must arrange their preferred boat transfer method (surcharge) at least 7 days in advance of arrival. Access to the property is either via 45-minute speedboat transfer or 2.5-hour public ferryboat (Saturday-Thursday at 2:30 PM; USD 4 each way). Speedboat transfer options are via scheduled public speedboat (USD 35 per person each way), shared speedboat (USD 35-165 each way per person, depending on number of guests), or private speedboat (USD 226 per trip). Timings for shared or private speedboat are arranged with the property.
