Special Instructions
Guests must transfer to the property via floatplane and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. At check-in, guests must provide a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 45 minutes away via seaplane. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 7 days before their expected arrival. Contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking. Daily transfer service is offered by Trans Maldivian Airways / Maldivian Air Taxi between 6 AM and 4 PM. Guests arriving or departing outside of these hours are advised to book a local hotel room in Male or Hulhumale. Luggage in excess of 20 kg/person may incur a fee, payable to the seaplane company during flight check-in. Guests must pay the seaplane fee at check-out. The additional fee covers transfer fees for guests ages 12-17.

- Floatplane transfer per child: USD 295 (roundtrip), from 2 to 11 years old
- Additional fee for children (from 12 years old to 17 years old): USD 567 per person, per stay
