Special Instructions
This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 72 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 30 minutes away via seaplane. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 4 days before their expected arrival. Daily transfer service is offered by Trans Maldivian Airways / Maldivian Air Taxi between 9 AM and 3 PM. Guests arriving or departing outside of these hours are advised to book a local hotel room in Male or Hulhumale. Luggage in excess of 20 kg/person may incur a fee, payable to the seaplane company during flight check-in. Guests must pay the seaplane fee at checkout. The additional fee (payable at the property) covers mandatory transfer fees for guests ages 12-17.
Mandatory fees

- Christmas Eve (December 24) Gala Dinner per child: USD 50 (from 2 to 11 years old)

- New Year's Eve (December 31) Gala Dinner per child: USD 50 (from 2 to 11 years old)
- A tax is imposed by the city: USD 12.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 3 years of age.
- Additional fee for children (from 12 years old to 17 years old): USD 298.36 per person, per stay
We have included all charges provided to us by the property.
The additional fee covers transfer fees for guests ages 12-17.

- Airport shuttle fee: USD 400 per person (roundtrip)
