Special Instructions

To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property ahead of time using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and key retrieval information. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 75 minutes via a flight to Gan International Airport (GAN) and then 10 minutes by speedboat to the resort. Guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 14 days before their expected arrival to guarantee transfers. Guests must pay the domestic flight fee and the speedboat fee upon arrival at the hotel. Luggage over 20 kg/person (below 2 years old/no seat or baggage allowance) may incur a fee, payable to the flight company during flight check-in. The additional fee (payable at the property) covers mandatory transfer fees for guests ages 12-17.

Mandatory fees

• Christmas Eve (December 24) Gala Dinner per child: USD 75 (from 2 to 11 years old)
• New Year's Eve (December 31) Gala Dinner per adult: USD 180
• New Year's Eve (December 31) Gala Dinner per child: USD 90 (from 2 to 11 years old)
• A tax is imposed by the city: USD 12.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 3 years of age.

Additional optional fees

• Airport shuttle fee: USD 420 per person (roundtrip)
• Airport shuttle fee per child: USD 340 (roundtrip), (from 2 to 11 years old)

Additional Information

• Pool access available from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Reservations are required for spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the resort prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Up to 2 children 6 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
• No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property.
