The front desk is open daily from 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. If you are planning to arrive after 5:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and key retrieval information. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Starting January 1, 2025, this property does not provide disposable personal items, such as comb, loofah, shaver, nail file, and shoe mitt.

Additional optional fees

• Fee for Japanese breakfast: approximately TWD 100 for adults and TWD 100 for children
• Late check-in fee: TWD 300.00 for check-in between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Housekeeping is available for an additional fee
