Special Instructions

Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Any other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival. Each adult staying at the property must present valid photo identification at check-in. Dining hours are currently limited to 7 AM-10:30 PM daily at Winter Garden. High Palms High Tea hours are 3-5:30 PM on Friday and 1:30-5:30 PM Saturday-Sunday. Other venues are closed until further notice. Please note: Spa facilities are accessible only for 45-minute time slots; reservations are required
