Guests must transfer to the property via airplane or boat and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is open daily from 6 AM - 11 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 11 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Due to this property's location, guests planning to depart the Seychelles prior to 9 AM may need to arrange overnight accommodations on Mahe.

Mandatory fees

• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 4.90 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
