Special Instructions
Guests must transfer via Airplane or floatplane to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Customers may be requested by the property to provide documentation of recent travel history (such as showing passport immigration stamps) and/or complete a health declaration. This property offers a romantic package for honeymooners. To receive these benefits, guests must send a copy of their wedding certificate, issued within 12 months before arrival, to the property prior to check-in. Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Velana International Airport to the property, which is 25-35 minutes away via seaplane. Guests can expect a wait time of 45 minutes to 2 hours to board the connecting seaplane flight. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 7 days before their expected arrival. Contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking. The last seaplane transfer will leave Male at 4 PM. Guests arriving in Male on an International flight after 3:30 PM (Male time) will be required to wait until the following day for a transfer and will require overnight accommodation in Male at their own expense. Guests departing Male on an International flight prior to 8:50 AM will be transferred late the previous afternoon. Guests arriving or departing outside of these hours are advised to book a local hotel room in Male. Children under 18 years old traveling with parents are required to submit their date of birth for seaplane transfer reservations. Luggage in excess of 44 pounds (20 kg) per person and hand luggage in excess of 6.6 pounds (3 kg) per person may incur a fee, payable to Trans Maldivian Airways during flight check-in. A single luggage bag of 66 pounds (30 kg) or more will not be accepted as per International standards. Guests must pay the seaplane fee at check-out The additional fee (payable at the property) covers transfer fees for guests ages 12-17.
