Special Instructions
Guests must transfer to the property via airplane or floatplane and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 30 minutes away via seaplane. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 5 dyas before their expected arrival. Contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking. Daily transfer service is offered by Trans Maldivian Airways / Maldivian Air Taxi between 9 AM and 3 PM. Guests arriving or departing outside of these hours are advised to book a local hotel room in Male or Hulhumale. Luggage in excess of 20 kg/person may incur a fee, payable to the seaplane company during flight check-in. Guests must pay the seaplane fee at check-out. Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 20 minutes via a flight to Kooddoo / Kadhdhoo / Dharavandhoo / Kaadedhdhoo / Fuvahmulah / domestic airport or Gan / Hanimaadhoo / Villa / Gan International airport, and then 15 min by speedboat to the resort. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 5 days before their expected arrival. Contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking. Daily transfer service is offered by Maldivian Airways/FlyMe. Guests arriving outside of these hours are advised to book a hotel room in Male or Hulhumale until services resume. Guests must pay the domestic flight fee and the speedboat fee at check-out.
