Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 5:30 PM to receive dinner. Dinner is served from 5:30 to 6 PM. Guests with dietary restrictions or food allergies should contact this property at least 2 days in advance of arrival. Requests cannot be accommodated after check-in.

Additional Information

• Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
