Special Instructions

Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Due to renovations, Lobby and Smoking area are closed until November 15, 2024. Guests must be at least 20 years to stay in a smoking room. Exterior renovations will be occurring June 1-September 30, 2024 from 9:30 AM-5 PM (excluding Sundays and Public Holiday). During this time scaffolding will obstruct room view, and guests are requested to close their guestroom windows and curtains while workers are outside. Guests will hear construction related noises and smell paint odors during this time.

Mandatory fees

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• The city tax ranges from JPY 100-200 per person, per night based on the nightly room rate. The tax does not apply to nightly rates under JPY 10,000. Please note that further exemptions may apply. For more details, please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A bathing tax, collected at the property, may be charged. The bathing tax applies to properties with hot springs and ranges from JPY 150-500 per person, per night based on local regulations. Please note that further exemptions may apply.

Additional Information

• Children 6 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
