This property offers transfers from the train station. Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. This property offers shuttle pickup service from Toyohashi Station only. This property allows pets to stay in the pet house onsite. A reservation for the pet house is required in advance. Pets are prohibited access in guest rooms.

Mandatory fees

• A bathing tax, collected at the property, may be charged. The bathing tax applies to properties with hot springs and ranges from JPY 150-500 per person, per night based on local regulations. Please note that further exemptions may apply.

Additional Information

• The seasonal pool will be open from July to August.
• Pool access available from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Hot springs access available from 3:00 PM to midnight.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section).
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
