During the winter guests will need snow chains to reach the property. Vehicles without snow chains are not permitted in the parking lot. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 5 PM to receive dinner.

Additional Information

• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
