Special Instructions

The front desk is open daily from 6:00 AM - 11:30 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests will receive an email 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 6 PM to receive dinner.

Additional Information

• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
