This property's outdoor hot springs will not be available November 18-December 23, 2024 due to maintenance. The indoor hot springs will be open except December 16-17, 2024. Check-in and check-out times vary according to the room booked. Rooms titled Late Check-in and Early Check-out allow for check-in at 9 PM and check-out at 6 AM. For other room types, check-in starts at 3 PM and check-out is 11 AM. For the comfort of guests using the public bath, this property does not permit children who wear diapers to use the facilities at any time. Shuttle buses to/from Narita International Airport (NRT) and JR Narita train station have occupancy limits. Guests may have to wait 30 minutes to an hour to board when buses are full. Groups of 10 or more people cannot be accommodated on the same bus.

• Hot springs access available from noon to 11:00 PM.
• Children 5 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• A car is recommended for transportation to and from this property.
• Guests with tattoos are not able to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
