The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - midnight. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Please note: Men have access to the hot springs 3-6:50 PM and 10 PM-6:30 AM. Women have access to the hot springs 7-9:50 PM and 6:40-9 AM. Guests must be at least 20 years of age to stay in a smoking room.

Additional Information

• One child 5 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ).
