Special Instructions

This property offers transfers from the train station. Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 6 PM to receive dinner. Guests must be at least 20 years of age to stay in a smoking room. This property offers shuttle pickup, 3-5 PM and 9-11 AM, from Omi-Maiko Station (subject to availability).
