If you are planning to arrive after 8:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Meals are not included in the breakfast included rates for children 0-4 years old. Guests booked in breakfast included rates will receive children's menu for children ages 5-8 years old. Guests with dietary restrictions or food allergies should contact this property at least one week prior to arrival to arrange check-in. In addition to the listed hours, the hot springs are also open from 5-9:30 AM daily.

Mandatory fees

• A bathing tax, collected at the property, may be charged. The bathing tax applies to properties with hot springs and ranges from JPY 150-500 per person, per night based on local regulations. Please note that further exemptions may apply.

Additional Information

• Hot springs access available from 2:00 PM to midnight.
• One child 4 years old or younger stays free, per registered adult, when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Guests with tattoos are not able to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
