The front desk is open daily from 9 AM - 8 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. If you are planning to arrive after 8 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and lockbox information. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Mandatory fees

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Deposit: JPY 1000.0 per stay
• The city tax ranges from JPY 100-200 per person, per night based on the nightly room rate. The tax does not apply to nightly rates under JPY 10,000. Please note that further exemptions may apply. For more details, please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A bathing tax, collected at the property, may be charged. The bathing tax applies to properties with hot springs and ranges from JPY 150-500 per person, per night based on local regulations. Please note that further exemptions may apply.

Additional optional fees

• Late check-in fee for check-in between 8 PM and midnight
• Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Rollaway bed fee: JPY 2000.0 per day

Additional Information
