Special Instructions
This property offers transfers from the train station. To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 72 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests booked in half board rates must check-in by 8 PM to receive dinner. The hotel's train station shuttle is located at Hiroshima Station's North Exit. Children ages 4-11 are permitted in the hot springs from 6 AM-10 PM when accompanied by an adult. An entrance fee of JPY 1,000 applies for children ages 4-5 sharing existing bedding. Children ages 3 and younger are not permitted in the hot springs.

- A bathing tax, collected at the property, may be charged. The bathing tax applies to properties with hot springs and ranges from JPY 150-500 per person, per night based on local regulations. Please note that further exemptions may apply.

Additional Information
- The seasonal pool will be open from July to August.
- Hot springs access available from 6:00 AM to midnight.
- Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
- Children 5 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
- The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
- Guests with tattoos are not able to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
