Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. This property offers shuttle service from Miyako Airport (MMY) at no charge. Access to the shuttle is at the Shigira Seven Miles Resort counter near the exit. Shuttle service from Shimojishima Airport (SHI) is available for JPY 1,000 one-way. Access is at the Chuo-Kotsu Bus ticket sales office.
