Special Instructions

To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property ahead of time using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. This property’s dining Cascade Cafe and Atrium Lounge will be closed from September 14-November 8, 2024, due to renovation. During this time, breakfast will be offered at The Steakhouse and Unkai Japanese Restaurant. A scheduled power outage will take place on January 14, 2025, from midnight to 5 AM. All facilities that use power, including elevators will not be available during this time. The internet service will not be available from 11:30 PM on January 13 until 4:30 AM on January 14, 2025. Guests booked in breakfast included rate plans receive breakfast for up to 2 adults who are sharing a guestroom. Breakfast fees apply for additional guests. Guests booked in dinner included rate plans receive dinner for up to 2 adults who are sharing a guestroom. Dinner fees apply for additional guests. The optional pool fee varies per date, pool session time, and guest age. Renovation work will take place 8 AM-6 PM, Monday-Saturday. There will be no construction work on Sunday and public holidays. A fee of 5000 JPY applies to children ages 4-12 for the club lounge. There is no fee for children ages 0-3.
