Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of JPY 500 at check-out. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. The breakfast fee is JPY 1700 for adults and JPY 1100 for children until December 31, 2024. Meals are not included in the room rate for children ages 6 and younger included in the reservation. For bookings in the room names labeled with no cleaning service, housekeeping is not included except for 4 or 8 night stays. Housekeeping service can be requested for the listed optional service fee. Towel exchanges are available on request at any time for no additional fee.
