Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. At check-in, guests must provide a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. Guests providing vaccine records must have received complete COVID-19 vaccination at least 1 days prior to check-in. Access to the a la carte restaurant is only available upon advance reservations, made after check-in and is subject to availability. For a stay of 3 nights, the guest is entitled to a maximum of one voucher. For a stay of 4 to 6 nights, the guest is entitled to a maximum of two vouchers. For stays of 7 nights or more, the guest is entitled to a maximum of three vouchers. This property enforces a strict dress code in the restaurants. Swimsuits, shorts, sandals, tank tops, and other informal attire are not permitted.

• Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information.
