A bit about the country

General

Here you can see the real ancient East - in Khiva, Samarkand and Bukhara. You can taste real Uzbek pilaf, prepared according to a recipe that is more than a thousand years old. Hotels here do not cost exorbitant amounts of money, and dinner in a restaurant will not ruin even the hungriest tourist. The traditional route for tourists in Uzbekistan passes through Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva. Many areas in these places have not been touched by civilization, so you can see the ancient Islamic architecture with your own eyes.
