Here you will find the Ravenala tree, which is one of the three symbols of the country and the pride of many botanical gardens around the world. The peasants call Ravenala the tree of travelers. Water accumulates in the axils of its leaves, which does not dry out even during the dry season. The park is home to 14 species of lemurs, among them the largest lemur of Madagascar, the indri, chameleons, many species of reptiles and amphibians and, of course, butterflies. Possible places to visit: Indri Reserve Indri: 3-4 hour walk to the famous Indri lemurs. During the walk, you will also be able to see various species of birds. Mantadia National Park: located an hour and a half drive from Andasibe Village, this park is also called the territory of the Diadem Sifaka. Sifaka is one of the most beautiful species of lemurs in Madagascar. Voimma Park: This park is home to the famous nocturnal lemurs and chameleons.
