This Privacy Notice applies to the information and data Travel Code Inc,  registered in Florida, USA with  ST44595 IATA Code: 10626195, at 33702, USA , St. Petersburg, FL, 4th St N, 7901, STE 300, USA, who collects them when you use this website https://travelcode.us or the mobile application.

What Information Do We Collect?

If you fill out a form on our website that requires contact information such as submitting a request for information or services we will collect and process that information to provide you with the communication or services.  These types of Personal Information may include your name, email address, company name, job title, your physical address, payment and billing information.

When you use our products and services, we collect other types of Personal Information.  These types of Personal Information include:

Full name, personal email address, phone number, postal address, passport details, age, ID photo, bank account details. For family travellers we collect full name and passport details of children.

We also collect payment and billing information when you register for the use of our products and services.  For example, we may ask you to provide a billing address for your account and payment information.  We use this information solely to process payments and deliver our products and services.

 

Travel Code Inc acts as the “controller” of personal data that we collect and process.
 

How Do We Use Your Information?

We use personal information collected via our Services for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations. We indicate the specific processing grounds we rely on next to each purpose listed below.

The purpose of data processing (collecting, recording, sharing, tracking, updating and deleting personal information) is to book and manage travel services, namely:

TRAVEL SERVICES

  • to book and manage flights with airlines
  • to book and manage accommodation (i.e. hotels, apartments, villas, B&B and alike services)
  • to book and manage reservations with transportation providers (i.e. car rentals, cruises, railways, coach tours, transfers)
  • to book and manage travel insurance services
  • to book and manage attractions (i.e. theme parks, museums, sightseeing tours, guide services)
  • to provide visa support services
  • to book any other travel-related product or service as from time to time available via SaaS.

 

PROCESS PAYMENTS

  • to process payments for travel bookings and generate invoices or billing statements

 

CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION

  • to contact directly with you by email or phone number to send transactional communications like booking confirmation, itineraries
  • to respond to any requests made by you
  • to provide customer support, loyalty cards and offer marketing promotions
  • to provide travel services related communication

 

MARKETING COMMUNICATION

To send administrative information to you. We may use your personal information to send you product, service and new feature information and/or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.

However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the services within a secure environment.

Do We Collect Information From Minors?

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent ™s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.   • Right to restrict processing - You have the right to restrict the processing of your Personal Information.
  • Right to object to processing - You have the right to object to specific types of processing of your Personal Information.

Controls For Do-not-track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

 

Do California Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the Shine The Light law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information provided below.

If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with the Services, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Services. To request removal of such data, please contact us using the contact information provided below, and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on the Services, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from our systems.

International Data Transfers

Personal Information may be transferred from users residing in the European Union to our servers, partners, or vendors located in the United States and other non-EU countries where there may not be an adequacy opinion issued with respect to that country.
