Forty people, nine cities, and finance gets the receipts two weeks after the bus gets home.
Travel Code is travel and expense software for teams and productions on the road. It books the whole travel party in one order, holds the rooms with the terms in front of you, and gives finance one number per trip.

- SOC 2 Type II
- IATA / ARC accredited
- Visa card issued by Coastal Community Bank, Member FDIC
- 24/7 support inside the app
“Every road trip ends with a shoebox of receipts and a spreadsheet the business manager rebuilds by hand.”
Reconciled late“The hotel block for the semifinal was booked before we knew we'd be in it. The deposit is non-refundable, and nobody can find the email.”
Blocks without termsForty-two seats and twenty-four rooms, booked together and changed together.
Flights and rooms for the whole party are one order, with the cancellation terms shown before you confirm. Add two travelers the day before and they land on the same flight and in the same block.

Receipts get matched to the trip and the card without anyone typing them in.
Staff take a photo on the bus. We read it and match it to the trip and the card transaction, so the business manager isn't rebuilding the trip in a spreadsheet.

Add 120 seasonal crew in September and pay the same $100 a month.
The plan price doesn't depend on how many people travel. Rosters change, crews are hired for a tour, interns come and go. None of it shows up on the software bill.

Pay for the road trip on day 60. Gate receipts and sponsor payments come in first.
The Travel Code card gives you 60-day terms and cashback on travel, so deposits for the season's blocks don't wait on the season's revenue. The card is optional.

“We replaced three vendors with Travel Code: the travel agency, the expense tool and the card program. The CFO now has a single number for travel spend.”

What per-seat pricing costs when the roster changes every season
Per-seat tools charge for every player, coach and crew member who travels. We charge a flat monthly fee.
$0, $100 or $290 a month. Any number of travelers.
Booking and travel policies, to try it on one road trip.
For per diem, group bookings and hotel blocks.
Roles and policies by department for larger organizations.
On top of the plan, there's a per-ticket service fee on flights and train tickets. It's shown before you book.
Questions your business manager will ask
Can we add or drop travelers the day before?
Yes. New travelers go into the same order; dropped travelers release their room under the hotel's cancellation terms.
Do you handle charters and buses?
Charter flights and buses are recorded as trips with their cost and receipts, so they sit in the same ledger. We don't broker charters.
We have a sports travel agency we've used for years.
Keep them if you like; many teams use Travel Code for cards, receipts and the ledger while the agency books the charter. Or let us book the flights and rooms and compare the rates.
Does it connect to our accounting or ticketing system?
Not natively yet. We export to your GL and have an API and webhooks, so your team or an integrator can connect it. If a native integration is a must-have, tell us on the call.
What does the AI actually do with our money?
The AI reads receipts and suggests. It never moves money. A rule does, and a person approves. Every payment and GL entry shows which rule passed it and who signed off.
Who issues the card?
Coastal Community Bank, Member FDIC, through Pliant. It's a Visa. Virtual cards are available now; physical cards are coming soon.
What if you get acquired, or we want to leave?
There's no multi-year contract and you can export all of your data whenever you want. Cancel the plan and you keep everything.
Bring one real road trip to the demo.
The roster, three cities and the dates. We'll book the party and the rooms in one order while you watch.
After the call
Send us your travel policy and your GL chart of accounts. The next road trip can run on it the following week.
