This property charges the following mandatory general deposit at check-in per stay, collected at the property: AUD 100 for Studio and 1 Bedroom Suite bookings; AUD 200 for 2 Bedroom Suite bookings; and AUD 400 for 3 Bedroom Suite bookings. Bookings for individuals or groups for the purpose of attending parties during Schoolies weeks (mid-November through mid-December annually) are prohibited and will be rejected. The minimum check-in age is 21 during Schoolies Festival (mid-November through mid-December annually).
