Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival.

Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and an access code. The host will greet guests on arrival. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. Guests are recommended to download the property's Whatsapp mobile app before check-in. Quiet hours are enforced at the property from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Mandatory fees
